  • Who is Divinus?

    We work for 30 years in wine area. We provide our physical store, Divinus Gourmet (near the Chapel of Bones), a space dedicated to Gourmet products with a strong focus on the Alentejo products, with more than 400 different flavors, from wines, sausages, chocolates, jams, liqueurs , cookies, spices, dried herbs, pâtés, etc.
  • How can I contact Divinus?

    Visit "About us/Dinivus Gourmet/Where we are” Menu or the “Contacts” Menu, where you get all the necessary information to contact us by email, postal code, telephone or fax.
    If you want to visit us, you have in that section a map to locate our physical store in Évora.
  • For which countries Divinus sends orders?

    Orders of wine and spirits available either in our store or in our online store can be shipped to almost any country in the world.
  • What are the means of transport used in orders?

    It depends on the order destiny:
    Alentejo - Divinus Gourmet own Distribution
    Rest of Portugal (mainland and islands) – CTT (Correios de Portugal - national post) and GLS (General Logistics Systems - International Delivery services)
    Europe: CTT (Correios de Portugal - national post)
  • Which is the cost of orders delivery?

    The costs of each order are calculated based on the sum of three factors: the weight of the product; the cost of packaging and the shipping cost.

  • Which is the delivery time of an order?

    In general, an order takes up to 72 Hours to be processed for shipping. In continental Portugal should be delivered between 5-8 business days in Europe and the rest of the world between 7 and 15 days.
  • Which are the accepted payment methods?

    In our online store, we accept payment by bank transfer or paypal. If you make a visit to our physical store in Évora, you can pay by cash, credit card or ATM.
  • Prices include VAT?

    Yes. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

    If, upon delivery, verify that your order is damaged, you should immediately contact Divinus. All orders placed in our online store will only be sent after the payment settled.
